Privacy

Last updated: June 2026

The short version. Penguin Playground games do not collect anything from the people playing them. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs, no third parties. A game runs entirely on the device. The only information we ever receive is an email address, and only if a grown-up chooses to type one into the newsletter box on our website.

What the games collect

Nothing that leaves the device. Game progress (stars, levels, saved drawings) is stored locally in your own browser or app so the game remembers where your child left off. We never see it, and it never gets uploaded anywhere.

What the website collects

If a parent or guardian enters an email address to be notified about new games, we store that email with our email provider for that single purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share it. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete it by emailing the address below.

Children's privacy

These games are made for young children, so we take this seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The newsletter signup is intended for adults only and asks for a grown-up's email. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, email us and we will delete it promptly.

No advertising, no tracking

There are no ad networks, no behavioral tracking, no cookies used to follow anyone around the web, and no analytics that profile a user. We chose this on purpose.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
